Class/Event Policy

Gibby’s Wine Den reserves the right to cancel any class or event without sufficient registrations. Classes and events must be paid for at the time of registration. Credit will be issued for another class or event with a minimum 48 hour cancellation. No credit will be issued for a late cancellation or non-attendance at a class or event.

Delivery

Arrangements can be made for local delivery. All we need is your "to:" and "from:" information. Charges will be determined at the time of purchase based on contents of package and shipping destination. Packages will be delivered within 2 business days of order placement.

Gibby’s Wine Den guarantees to provide our customers with service unparalleled in the industry. We are happy to research wines, place special orders, pair wine to your menu, schedule and plan private events. All of these services are desinged to enhance your wine experience.

Ordering

Orders may take 2 business days to assemble, process, and package prior to shipping or delivery. If your order is Time Sensitive please enter a note in “Special Instructions” upon submission of your order or contact a representative at Gibby’s Wine Den to discuss specific arrangements at 630.208.6424.

*Please note that in the instances of older vintages and rare wines availability in many cases is extremely limited. We will do our best to fill your order but can not be held responsible if an item is unobtainable at that time.

Maximum credit card purchase: Credit card purchases may not exceed $25,000.

Cancellation: A restocking or cancellation fee of 10% will apply to any cancelled order that has been processed.

If we do not have the item you are looking for we would be happy to try and special order it for you.

Return Policy

There are no returns on any food, wine, or beer purchased at Gibby’s Wine Den. Refunds are not available for services performed such as assembly, wine tasting, classes etc.

Policies

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine or beer from Gibby’s Wine Den. By placing your order you have represented to Gibby’s Wine Den that you are at least 21 years of age. All wines delivered and shipped must be received by an adult of legal drinking age.

All first time customers will be required to submit proof of age via either email or fax.

Privacy

Gibby’s Wine Den holds the highest respect for its customers and our firm commitment to your privacy. When you sign up to be added to our email list, be assured that we do not sell or share this list with any other organization. By providing your name and email, you are automatically added to the email list. Sometimes, due to technical glitches, you may experience difficulty receiving our emails. If you do not receive them, please contact us so we can research and resolve the problem! If at anytime you would like to be removed from our email list, simply contact us. Your information will be removed from the list immediately.

Security

Gibby’s Wine Den recognizes the importance of protecting the credit card information of our customers. Please be assured that if you place an order your information is destroyed immediately unless you direct us to keep your information on file.

Shipping

Gibby’s Wine Den will ship your purchase within the continental United States subject, of course, to State regulations. Our staff will package your selection for you. Packages will be shipped within 2 business days of order placement.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Some restrictions may apply. Wines may be only shipped to and received by adults 21 years of age or older.

Wine Club

Wine Club members do not receive a discount at the Wine Bar or Classes.
